🏡 Homestead & Family
Living on 3 acres in Northeast Texas means there is always something to be done outside. We are currently cleaning up the property in preparation for installing a new pool. The kids are in the rhythm of the school year.
💻 Professional Focus
At the MSP, I am focusing on several Leadership Initiatives for 2026. We're preparing for a big conference as soon as the Christmas break is over.
📚 Reading & Study
I'm slowly working through an initial read of Thirty Steps to Heaven by Vassilios Papavassilou. I'm trying to be more disciplined about processing these into my Zettelkasten rather than just highlighting and forgetting.
🐍 Code
I've come to realize the power of simple HTML tools. No ads, no tracking, no backend servers. Just code running locally in my browser. My current playground for this is over at HomeLab Playground where it hosts the site template generator that I use to build this very website.
