A solid quality of life plugin. I don't think I've run into very many URLs that it fails with, if any. This plugin just reaches out and grabs the title of the page. It requires you to be connected to the internet when you paste, so there's that limitation, but for the vast majority of the time that I'm writing notes I'm also online. Actually, while writing this, I just spotted that it's possible to take an existing URL and enhance it. Ctrl+Shift+E for me updates a link with the title. Just have to have the cursor on the link.
