- To increase the odds of behavior you have to make it attractive
- Without dopamine the ability to experience pleasure remains but the desire to seek that pleasure and take action stops completely.
- Dopamine is released at the anticipation of reward as well as when it is experienced

- It is the anticipation of the reward that gets us to take action, not the fulfillment
