How do I train my habits in such a way that I can get to the point of "continuous output?"
By this I don't necessarily mean publishing daily, but I find myself not taking notes every time. I get 10 min here and there (right now actually) where I could just start writing something, anything. I have done a decent job of input during these times, reading a different ebook or articles, but if I don't move on to the output side, am I missing an opportunity?
The stress of work plus kids plus life-admin takes it's toll and so it is maybe too easy to simply become passive. I can watch TV and just stop thinking for a while. I can sit and watch the water by the pond and just exist. There's nothing wrong with these things in themselves except that they're serving as an escape from reality or the things I'd prefer to do instead.
I know that right now as I'm reading [[Clear - Atomic Habits]] I can see *how* I'm supposed to do it, but I just haven't done it yet...
